Varsity Baseball and Softball advance in State Tourney

The Varsity Baseball and Softball teams both won their playdown games yesterday in the first round of the Vermont State Tournament. The Baseball team travelled to Lake Region and prevailed 8-4 while the Softball team was taking the long road to Poultney and came home with a 4-0 victory. The Baseball team will travel to Leland & Gray on Friday for a 4:30 quarter final game. The Girls will play the winner of the Windsor / Twin Valley game.
